Serving the Oregon Territory and the nation, ORCA designs and builds hardware for the full spectrum of users. From affordable training gear with real customizability, to defense AI and cybersecurity work that gives our clients a sharper edge, ORCA meets your needs without breaking your budget.

Oregon Royal Combat Armory builds on the Columbia River Gorge in Vancouver, Washington, serving the full spectrum of users, from a day at the range to professionals who carry rifles in the line of service. Engineering runs through everything we do, and every product is described by exactly what it is built and tested for.
The orca on our mark comes from Coast Salish formline tradition. We are not claiming to speak for that tradition, just carrying a piece of where we are from into what we build, and our money is where our mouth is: if you are Tribal Police or a Tribal member, contact us about a discount.

Good for days on the range, training, and plain fun.
Reliable and rugged enough for officers answering the call.
Suitable for long-term continuous use. The only question is who will break it first, the Rangers or the Marines.
Our current lineup sits in the Plinking / Range tier while Duty and Military hardware are in development.
